Riverside Church focus heavily on discovering and developing ways to effectively equip people.
Regardless of your background or age you are important to us and to God. Although not everyone is
called to be a pastor or evangelist, the Word of God is clear that everyone has a gift and a role in
helping others; therefore, we not only work hard to help people but also to empower them to reach out
and minister to others. A big part of the responsibility of the leadership of Riverside Church is to help
you find your place and give you the tools to succeed. Many have found a place to serve whether in
children’s ministry or outreaches, greeting people at the door or the creative arts department. There is a
place for everyone to get involved.
